Heroku PG extras makes the Heroku CLI much slower for all commands

Looks like this was also reported generally for the CLI repository here: heroku/cli#2238 but never got any attention. Just running a simple heroku --help takes more than twice as long for me:

after heroku plugins:remove heroku-pg-extras

I really like the built in queries in this plugin but i can't have every heroku command take more than an extra second so i mostly keep this uninstalled :/
