The problem

The web app reports the data as follows at ~52f

However the integration seems to think the temp is much hotter..... at 97f

one other thing, i do recall that when i first installed the iphone app yesterday (it was fitted yesterday) the pressure, temp and other numbers in the app were also pretty wonky for a few seconds - i might have see the area temp reported there in the 90's for a couple of seconds - then the app settled down

argh, i just realized the app is reporting 'area temp' on the phone and on the web and you are reporting water temp (the old measure from inside the valve).

either way it isn't 99f lol, its ground water temp for seattle...

I think this person figured it out. https://www.reddit.com/r/homeassistant/comments/197ql88/comment/l4fwlh0/?context=3

The 99f is actually 9.9c - this is might be a decimal and units issues of some sort?
(and this is definitely area temperature not water temperature)
