Write new USB2/USB3... firmware examples using wch-ch56x-lib

  • Reuse/Rewrite HydraUSB3_USB and name it HydraUSB3_HydraDancer using wch-ch56x-lib
    • Add dual independent USB2 & USB3 stacks (to be compatible with HydraUSB3 and future HydraDancer Dongle boards)
    • Add SerDes support for logging to an other board (to be compatible with HydraUSB3 and future HydraDancer Dongle boards)
    • Add UART support for logging/debug (to be compatible with HydraUSB3 and future HydraDancer Dongle boards)
    • Other ideas TBD
