Quick install

For those of you who do not want to spend almost 4 hours compiling Plume for Windows, here are the binaries needed.

Steps

1. Extract "Plume_W64_v0.4.0_master-2a58835.7z" to an easy place like C:\Plume
2. Modify the .env file to meet your needs
3. Create a task schedule to run Plume on system startup
4. Create a reverse proxy in IIS
