[Feature Request] Transition animations when switching between tabs

It would be nice if the Tabs class supported animated transitions similar to StackTransitionType in gtk4.

I am mostly here to keep the crate updated with the latest Iced versions. If new features are needed, then end users will need to submit PR's to add them if they are viable features to be added to this crate.
