For an ALS patient - Purchase a system that uses this software - info required

Hi,

This is not directly related to the software but am desperate here so posting this. A very dear friend has -in the prime of his life - been diagnosed with ALS and other than breathing or facial twitches lost all bodily functions (https://alsheroes.com/). A system similar to what Stephen Hawking used would be a literal life saver since cheek twitches is one of the very few things he can consistently manage.
ANY information/leads that would get us closer to purchasing a functioning system would make a tremendous improvement in the quality of life since due to extreme debilitation even the eye gaze based systems are failing.
