Disable support for comma separated cid params

Since go-ipfs no longer supports comma separated params ipfs/kubo#7863 we should remove a support for that style here as well.

I don't believe that is true.

• Comma separated notation is being removed from go-ipfs' /api/v0/pin/remote HTTP API (StringsOption with delimiter ipfs/go-ipfs-cmds#204) but will still be supported in CLI params in ipfs pin remote --help (docs: improved --help for pin remote commands ipfs/kubo#7823)
• This project implements /pins from https://ipfs.github.io/pinning-services-api-spec/ and comma separated cids are still in the spec, so this can be closed (we won't change the Pinnin Service API spec)
  • Instead, we should ensure feat: support remote pinning services in ipfs-http-client ipfs/js-ipfs#3293 won't be broken by changes to /api/v0/pin/remote
