n.b. emma.jar has been patched to correct its handling of local
variable tables. this incorporates a patch supplied by mdlavin
available from the emma site plus extra patches provided by the
JBossTS team. The complete patched source code is available from the
JBossTS repository as detailed in JIRA issue JBTM-682.
