Steps to reproduce the issue

Create a contact on Contact form.

Create a menu item for it.

Set

jform_params_show_name
jform_params_show_info
jform_params_show_page_heading

in menu item.

As result I have in my page:

"
Contact us
Contact
Contact

Contact Form
Send and Email

"

What the goddess is happen here?

Please, this are so many unnecessary titles, subtitles, fieldset label, and before form message "Send an Email".

By the way, if I am in the contact page, is obvious that I have a contact form, a email will send, a contact is my page and my contact page have a name (because I choose in the menu item and in contact item a name each one).

Expected result

Page Heading with Menu item title or Contact Title or Page title or none.

No repetitions or unnecessary titles, and message "Send an email" \o/

Actual result

System information (as much as possible)

Many sites use the contact component without any contact form.

I can't find the mis-spelt string you refer to. I can only see

COM_CONTACT_CONTACT_DEFAULT_LABEL="Send an Email"

Are you sure that the string isnt hardcoded directly into your site template or that you have a language override in place
