Describe the Bug

Svelte Kit has introduced new Request and Adapter APIs with breaking changes.

Steps to Reproduce

After forking this repo and updating the sveltekit dependency, running the end-to-end tests results in the same error I've encountered in my build.

Expected Behaviour

It Just Works®™
