Problem

Currently the use of mouse, or many strokes of Shift + Tab are required to focus the input box.

Proposed Solution

A shortcut that user can configure in JupyterLab settings would make it much nicer experience to work with the chat UI and a notebook, jumping from one to the other when needed.
