Hi there, is there anyway we can have an alert when the page stops refreshing

I'd like additional things related to this:

An Alert when it pops up "You are about to be logged out."
A Click Time Randomizer. "Click every x seconds +/- a random number between xxxx and xxxx ms."
Local file storage of things like:
- preferred dates (so I don't have to reload them every time I'm logged out.)
- user information
