New error when i am upload 3.44 to 3.45

i delete the old 3.44 and download the 3.45 in github, reupload to my wdmycloud server
then, here is the error message.

Just wait for a few minutes. It says that your server has enabled php cache, file update haven't become effective yet.

after 8 hours, the problem still here, how can i fix this ?

Then try disabling cache?

and confirm file config/version.php,content is that
