small changes to consider

• get rid of white divider in new group flow
• contact search should autopopulate with frequently contacted users
• no lenny, is boobs :(
• msg bubble colors would be clearer w/different degrees of saturation for color-disabled people
• msg bubble accent bar should be broken up between users somehow (prob 1-2px white padding) to help delineate msgs
• long press on media to download?
• 1px white border around group avatars
• colored ring around avatars to help find? (maybe deprioritize for now)
• can the red hourglass vibrate?!

features to consider

• allow conversations to be starred; these are kept at top of msg list in default view
• allow sorting conversation list by msg expiration
• some way to deal with location, updating people about others' travel
• make sure private channels support event org use case (can be deleted, have a way to pin content)
• embeddable google cal in dashboard view?
