The use must have canSchedule permission to the dataset, otherwise, the button should not be visible.

The button should be disabled in case SetPollingSource or SetTransform events are not yet defined (in future, we will also check for AddPushSource alternative).

Clicking this button should result in scheduling dataset update tasks.
Switch to the tasks view for this dataset on success or display errors via Toastr.
