feature request: (1) Add McNemar chi-square and df to pairwise_mcnemar_test results; (2) Add the Z score to the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test data frame.

Hi - it would be helpful to have the McNemar chi-square and df added to pairwise_mcnemar_test results. I know it's already there for mcnemar_test and documentation states those would be there for pairwise as well, but it isn't.

Z-score would be very helpful if it was add to the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test (in addition to the effect size, etc. all in 1 data frame instead of separate ones).

Finally, this is a small thing but the n values are not excluding missing values in Wilcoxon or t-test results.
