FR: Cheat Sheet/Color Reference

I collect different color schemes and one of the most useful things I've seen on how to implement are guides like this one for solarized:

There's a similar idea in the catuppchin docs:

These help folks who don't have much experience setting up a theme do it, and is a really handy reference. This FR is to propose this idea!
