[TBD] How an item should be displayed depending on moderation

Style by default
Style when upvoted
Style when downvoted
How much the styling should emphasise or hide an item
Allow ordering the items by votes? (but still allow ordering chronologically)

Design update

Compare with the existing design from Plinio and update if needed.
