Download entire playlist

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I have a playlist for videos I want to watch. In the YouTube app, I set this playlist to have its videos downloaded automatically, so that I could watch any of them when out and about. When I add a new video it is downloaded after some time, and when I remove a video from the playlist the download is eventually deleted.

Describe the solution you'd like
Ideally, I would be able to toggle a playlist to be downloaded or not, and it would do what I mentioned above.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I think the only alternative at present is manually downloading each video when adding it to the playlist, and then manually removing the download when removing the video from the playlist.

Additional context
It would also be helpful to have a single button to download an entire playlist at once (in a queue, of course), even if downloads weren't updated automatically going forward. Otherwise I think I have to manually download every single video in my playlist individually to get set up.

I might not go to the extent of keeping playlist in sync but I like the idea of downloading a whole playlist. Not sure when I can do this because that means a download queue needs to be implemented and that can be quite a bit of work to do properly.

I'm committed to completing a full migration away from all Google services, so at some time in the future, if Clipious still looks like the best migration pathway away from the YouTube mobile app, then I may try to get involved in this project and contribute some of the features that are important from a feature parity perspective, including this one. Will follow up at that time.

what is the progress for implementing playlist downloads as of right now?

Progress is 0 right now. I'm doing flutter for work at the moment so motivation to do more flutter after work is not very high.
