Current Behavior

When a colonist is hurt, they go into the being sick state. Only a hospital can heal the citizens again, but if there is no hospital present, they will continue into a false state of being sick, giving a weird impression of what is going on.

Expected Behavior

When a colonist is hurt, they should state that they are hurt, and not sick.

Reproduction Steps

  1. Create a builder's hut in an empty colony
  2. Hire a builder
  3. Damage the builder in any way
  4. Builder will report as being sick (because they are hurt), but on/off continue to work and toggle between being sick or not

Found during a lengthy conversation on Discord, starting here: https://discord.com/channels/139070364159311872/1125094832143077456/1264289580648235170

My thought is that we should split the sick and hurt behaviour into 2 separate AI states, so that we can have visually distinctive icons and separate logic handling of what should happen.
