Limit device discovery to one Home

When multiple homes exist in the Google Home app, this integration discovers devices from all connected homes.

I believe this should be a feature to be added to glocaltokens, but correct me if I'm wrong.

The devices get fetched in glocaltokens/client.py, in the function get_google_devices, which gets called at api.py.

You are right, @ArnyminerZ. This ticket is mostly for tracking and now that we have a corresponding glocaltokens issue we can reference this ticket as a "consumer". Once the changes are published on glocaltokens we need to revisit this tickets and see how we can allow the user to specify (optionally) which google home to selected and connect to. :)
