While importing, some UnboundErrors occurr

I don't know exactly what inbox is causing this - I'm importing my existing email from uptodate Thunderbird mboxes, and sometimes get this:
(<type 'exceptions.UnboundLocalError'>, UnboundLocalError("local variable 'fd' referenced before assignment",), <traceback object at 0x119f052d8>)

@olabini, can you check whether this is still happening on the most recent version? I think this was fixed, but we haven't had it tested in an environment where it was happening...

@smari @olabini this definitely still happens here and there. When I rebuilt my Mailpile on wednesday a few of these showed up on my Mac

This and related errors were fixed in 14f6cc3 and a5ce54d. This should fix these problems, but the offending code is brittle and scheduled to go away entirely in #356.
