Release Android v5.1.0-beta2

In preparation for release v5.1.0 of the Mapbox Android SDK, we're releasing today the second beta (v5.1.0-beta.2) in the 5.1.x series. This beta version builds further on beta1 and adds bug fixes and a couple of features,

Please note that this is a pre-release version intended to gather early feedback on the new APIs and to detect any potential issues (you can report them here). This release is not intended for production apps.

Just an update on my final unchecked box above. #8999 (<–– actually a problem with LOST on Mapzen's side) is blocking me from landing the PR that updates our demo app's dependency to beta2, which is the final thing I need to do on this ticket.

@langsmith Considering you're seeing an issue we're already tracking on the SDK, I think you're good to merge that PR. Once we close #8999 an update to the latest version of the SDK will automatically fix the issue on the demo app side, likely without the need for any other changes.

@langsmith My bad, I thought the issue affected some activities, not that CI wasn't passing. I've updated my comment on the original PR.
