Failed to bridged to snoonet irc

I have a matrix room, #spacevim:matrix.org, and I want to bridged to #spacevim in https://snoonet.org/

But I got following error:

Could not request link. Error IRC_DOUBLE_BRIDGE: Room failed validation. You may be attempting to "double bridge" this room. Error: 2

What does it mean? is it a bug, and how to fix it?

I have no other irc bridged to this matrix room

Looking in the room you've got ~500 odd libera chat users in the room. It's upset because it doesn't allow you to bridge when any of those users are present. You'll need to do a cleanout.
