Reference prover design for prover market study

🌟 Feature Request

The recent announcement of a Prover Market Study doesn't provide a reference design. It would be great to provide such a design together with clear instructions how to build it on a generic machine.

📝 Description

I guess Proving a batch could become such a reference design, right?

If yes, we'd need to separate build instructions for the complete system from the reference design.

I noticed there is a dependence on Google cloud. Ideally, we'd need to avoid it. If getting rid of it is difficult, it would be nice to document it.

🤔 Rationale

Having a reference design would greatly expedite the execution of the prover market experiment

I will submit an another issue to request the help to build the batch prover on a non Google cloud machine
