Used to, Oculus Mobile had a horrific bug related to the reported time. There is an entire complicated workaround for this system you can find if you look for PAUSESTATE_BUG in the source.
According to https://developer.oculus.com/bugs/bug/189155031962759/ this is now fixed. We should remove PAUSESTATE_BUG and test that things still work (you can test by pausing and resuming the app while printing out dt on every frame and verifying the clock never went backward).
