IIS 8/5 Server STIG rule V-76745 is referencing the incorrect IIS default path #493

Describe the bug
The path for this rule is set to %windir%\inetpub, but should be set to %systemdrive%\inetpub. See screenshot.

To Reproduce
Run ConvertTo-StigXml, filter on rule V-76745, and you'll see the path is set incorrectly.

Expected behavior
Path should be set to %systemdrive%\inetpub
