Describe the bug

Get-HardCodedRuleLogFileEntry which is used to assist with hard coded rule creation errors when creating a RegistryRule.

To Reproduce

Import-Module .\PowerSTIG.Convert.psm1
Get-HardCodedRuleLogFileEntry -RuleId V-1000 -RuleType RegistryRule

Expected behavior

Should return an example Hard Coded RegistryRule string.
