Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The version of SqlServerDsc referenced in this project is over a year old and contains a bug for setting Sql Server Memory.

Describe the solution you'd like
The version of SqlServerDsc should be updated to the latest release to account for the bug fix when deploying PowerSTIG to SQL Server systems.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Additional context
There is a single breaking change in the SqlServerDsc module between versions 12.1.0.0 and the latest release (13.3) - the SqlDatabaseRole resource changed keys.
