Describe the bug

PowerSTIG leverages GPRegistryPolicyDsc to correctly set local group policy. This resource had a bug which resulted in Group Policy not being updated correctly. That issue is fixed as of version 1.2.0. The PowerSTIG module manifest should be updated in order to leverage this version of that resource.
