I can repro. The ToT of the extension will activate Playwright extension when you press the button, but sadly I'm not sure how we can address it. Looks like a request to vscode for a single refresh button we could all hook into.

In the linked issue, there is a now standard API for this which will be stable in our next release (<= 14 days from today)

Yeah, I am also seeing to Refresh buttons. If I press on it I am getting an error talking about pytests

Talking about getting an error message, I need to see the full-form of the message or I can't fix it!
