cmd line tool to scrape images from imgur
1- python main.py
2- cmd line prompts you for a term to search via url
3- program makes http request to get webpage content
4 - program checks if any results and present and creates a local download folder according to search term
5- program retrieves all tags from webpage content
6- program downloads each image into the above created folder
