Replace use of the term "haystack" in code and comments

We replaced the use of Haystack with Elasticsearch-dsl, but the term "haystack" still appears in code and comments. The use of "haystack" has no impact on how the code works, but it is confusing to readers of the code. The term leads readers to think that we're using a library that we don't use.
