[dev-server-esbuild] investigate using esbuild-wasm

Es build relies on a postinstall step, but it might give issues for some people in environments like a CI or strict corporate environments. The esbuild-wasm implementation could resolve this. We need to see if people have any issues with the esbuild postinstall script, and we need to investigate the performance loss for our use case.
