feat: JSON API endpoint for reports #4360

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is possible to export reports to Excel and zip formats, but not to JSON. See: https://emx2.dev.molgenis.org/catalogue/reports/#/0

Describe the solution you'd like
The option to click a JSON button and the possibility to fetch a url like /catalogue/api/reports/json?id=0

Describe alternatives you've considered
Mangle the GraphQL response that is used to populate the table presented on the report page

Additional context
A new API for JSON output will be required to address this properly
