Let's move the Jenkinsfile out of composer (from .ci/Jenkinsfile) and into https://github.com/mosaicml/testing. https://plugins.jenkins.io/remote-file/ will help with this...

Closing for now, as it's nice that the .ci folder on Composer defines all the Jenkins jobs that run with composer. This means that one PR can add a new feature in (like conda) and also update the Jenkins configure to support it.
