Config file to enable or disable GUI features

Hey, did you mean a configuration file that can enable/disable features on the page assist? Currently, 60% of the features can be enabled and disabled from the settings page, but I will try to add a configuration file in a future release for local builds

I have been turning off features such as: Enabling a default LLM, Turning off the ability to delete chat history, disable ability to insert documents. Sort of like admins get all the features users get the features that an admin would deem ok. The reason to turn off adding of documents so that only the most up to date documents that are approved would be added for use within the LLM.
