MM includes commands to enable or disable writing to EEPROM. That setting cannot currently be verified in telemetry. The status of the write enable for each EEPROM bank should be added to the housekeeping packet.

A quick question for @skliper (or anyone else):
What would be the best method and variable type to contain the status of each EEPROM bank's write-enable status?
The reason I ask is that there will be a variable number of EEPROM banks for any particular user (e.g. could be 1, could be 2, could be 4? etc.).
Perhaps a uint8 with a flag on each bit? (representing bank 0, bank 1 etc.) that is updated inside MM_EepromWriteEnaCmd() and MM_EepromWriteDisCmd()?
