Describe the bug
Travis CI Fails with message:

The command "sudo apt-get install clang-format-10" failed and exited with 100 during .

Also has some warnings for deprecated tags in the YAML file:

root: deprecated key sudo (The key sudo has no effect anymore.)
language: unexpected sequence, using the first value (c)
root: missing os, using the default linux

To Reproduce
Force a run of current master branch in Travis CI

Expected behavior
CI finishes set up and works.
No Travis warnings

System observed on:
Travis CI, Ubuntu - Bionic
