Motivation

Update sheets that we use for tracking information and discrepancies.

Completion Criteria

all sheets that utilize the monthly Invoice data are updated.

Description

• Copy the previous month's sheet
• Rename to include - In Progress
• include URI manually for billable
• Review known issues, should be gone if not 0001

  • Kruize 1 node (1 node * 4 GPUs * $2.078 * 24 hours * 31 days in month) = $6,184.13
  • InstructLab 1 node (1 node * 4 GPUs * $2.078 * 24 hours * 5 days in month) = $997.44
  • InstructLab 3 FC430s + 3 FC830s ((3 nodes * 24 hours * 31 days * .75)+(3 nodes * 24 hours * 31 days * 3.97) = 1,674 + 8,861.04 = $10,535.04
• Create a Lenovo only sheet
• Create the institutional Rollup sheet
• Check the Test sheet
• Update Billed Utilization
