Steps to reproduce

  1. As Admin go to Users an hover over the quota

Expected behaviour

Up to NC 13 there was shown the used space in the Hoverbox:
hover-nc-13

Actual behaviour

No hover-box with used space is shown:
hover-nc-14

Server configuration

Tested on different servers.

GitMate.io thinks possibly related issues are #2017 (quota), #11026 (LDAP quota-sync does not work anymore), #10127 (Total space in quota-field shows wrong value), #1027 (Allow admin to view used quota for all users), and #9553 (Cannot set 0 bytes quota with new user management).
