Admin can't create new user

The admin can no longer create a new user in the user management.

I get only an error:

Error creating user: Password confirmation is required

But the password confirmation dialog doesn't show up

Works quite fine here on master.

Just works fine here in Chrome and Firefox. @schiessle could you clear all caches?

I also can't reproduce the initial issue anymore, don't know what was wrong yesterday

I'm encountering the same issue just now on a new nextcloud install.. I had to fully log out and back in again. (reloading the page did not resolve the issue). version 11.0.1
