[Bug]: NC 27 Storge Quote not updating properly

Bug description

Go into users go into a users quote set it for example 50 GB it going to set it at 57.7 GB second example i set other users to 150GB it changed it to 173GB

Steps to reproduce

2. Users
3. Default quote

Expected behavior

Should set it to the value i set it too.

Still an issue on NC 27 RC4

Still an issue tested on NC 27.0.1 RC2 now if I put 1TB It defaults to 1.2TB adds 200GB extra
