New Folder and New File Creation are Broken on Nextcloud 28 .01 - making it not production worthy [Bug]:

Bug description

Creation of New Folder or New File are not prompting for name they are just created.

Steps to reproduce

1. Login
2. Create a NEW FOLDER
3. Create NEW DOCUMENT
4. it should prompt to name the document (and so for the folder), but it does not. Document is created with "New document" name.
5. Both new folder and new document have same issues, some documents created cannot be open in webbrowser, it also prompt to downoad it (and they are grey).

Expected behavior

I expect when I create a new folder to be prompted for name, and so is for creating new document.
