Compress aspect ratio of tree / map and show entropy #157

With a large enough vertical span, the tree and map should compress and show entropy below them. The current laptop layout looks like:

Besides not showing all the important panels, the map looks funky at this aspect ratio. Greenland is too big because of Mercator. There will be situations like Ebola where the geographic range is restricted enough that this won't be an issue, but most often we will have (at least initially) the entire globe.

This should just be a few adjustments to the responsive layout that @colinmegill designed.

Actually, at laptop resolution the big vertical tree and map might be best given display space. But for desktop monitor we definitely should include entropy. Will need some experimenting.

This is fixed in 7d88a83 on branch styles pass. Will close when moved into master.
