(a lot of this is to augur, not auspice)

  • additional drop-down menu (after segments / virus) to choose between latest or a bunch of analysis date options
  • augur file structure on S3 something like zika/tree.json, zika/HEX/tree.json
  • augur JSON file with columns virus/lineage/segment/etc, hex, comment
  • auspice static page changelog which parses this JSON and generates an HTML page
  • Pulling the dataset info out of globals will probably help Generalize/modularize components for different datasets & integrations #249
  • Once the versioning JSON has been loaded the object with the available datasets updates
