security issue with Boot error page

Its a security risk that if your mongo uri is wrong, its posted right there in the error msg

Obfuscate the Mongo URL or just say 'there was an issue with your mongo url'

I believe this is resolved in resolved in 31e2010 and merged in #6811 to dev

I can't reproduce the issue in the dev branch
