Where is best place to ask general help questions, such as how to do something using this library? IE Questions not related to an 'issue'? Thanks.

Issues are the way to go - it documents all previous questions (see https://github.com/nlohmann/json/issues?utf8=✓&q=label%3A%22kind%3A%20question%22%20) and it allows other people to help where I wouldn't be able to.
