Please confirm if bug report does NOT exist already ?

I confirm there is no existing issue for this

Steps to reproduce ?

CSV import with select field that has an ' throws error during data import
Select field created during import replaces ' with an "
Converting a single line text to select works just fine, even with '

Untitled spreadsheet - Sheet1 (7).csv

Desired Behavior

Allow use of ' during CSV import
