Feedparser should allow for specifying URL as input message

This would make it a lot easier to handle a dynamic list of multiple feeds

Hi, general feature requests should ideally be discussed on the mailing list or slack channel first.

Adding an input to a edge node like this would require a re-design, as no doubt there would be other capabilities to explore, like allowing multiple feed urls for example (as an array). It could also probably also do with an update to be consistent with the properties that the http request node expects, etc...

So happy to consider a PR - but not on our immediate list of things to do at present.
